The Pennhurst Memorial & Preservation Alliance and the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia will present a two-part public program in honor of the dedication of a state historical marker to the Pennhurst State School and Hospital .
“The Pennhurst Story — Tragedy and Triumph,” a panel discussion and presentation by pioneers and national leaders in the disability world, will be followed by the unveiling of the marker along Route 724 outside Spring City, Pa.
