Members of Philadelphia’s eminent domain bar are seeing delays and other problems in the disposition of this area of the law, and the First Judicial District has begun the process of responding to those concerns.
Over the last several months, an ad hoc committee associated with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s eminent domain and appraisals committee has been meeting to brainstorm ideas for improvement of case management in eminent domain matters.
