The state Supreme Court is scheduled to begin its second oral argument session of 2010 today in Pittsburgh, and at the top of the arguments list are cases dealing with UM/UIM issues, including waiver of coverage.

In addition, the justices will also be hearing a case that poses the question of whether supermarkets may conduct takeout beer sales, and another on how to properly determine the length of an oil and gas lease.
