Gross McGinley attorney Samuel Cohen will assume the role of case editor for the Lehigh Law Journa l, effective July 2010.
The law journal is published weekly by the Bar Association of Lehigh County and serves as the legal periodical for the publication of legal notices and judicial decisions. Cohen will be responsible for selecting and editing a recent court decisions to appear in each week’s edition of the journal. He will also provide a syllabus and head notes addressing the legal holdings of the chosen case. Cases selected by Cohen will ultimately be compiled for further publication in the hard-bound Lehigh County Reporte r.
