And then there’s the case of Ken Ziman, a restructuring partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett who left for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom without an announcement from either side. Ziman started work last week, and he took some time today to speak to us about the move, which Skadden never acknowledged publicly, aside from creating a Web profile for Ziman.
