A former Wolf Block partner argued in his latest filings against the defunct firm that its preliminary objections to his suit seeking severance payments are all based on a document the partner never signed.

In his brief in support of his opposition to Wolf Block and former chairman Mark Alderman’s preliminary objections, Michael A. Budin said their attempts to bind him to a 2003 partnership agreement that wasn’t effective until after he left the firm in February 2003 are “bogus at best.”
