A federal judge has issued sanctions against plaintiffs attorney Wayne A. Schaible of McCann Schaible & Wall after finding that he acted in bad faith by repeatedly violating court orders during his opening statement in a wrongful death suit and in his questioning of the first two witnesses, forcing the court to declare a mistrial.
