Young in-house lawyers have traditionally been underrepresented at the programs and events offered by the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (DELVACCA). Recognizing this problem, the organization has formed a Young In-house Lawyers Committee (YILC) in January to target this demographic and increase participation among its younger members.
“The board is always looking for ways to expand our reach within the in-house legal community in the Delaware Valley region,” said Jannie K. Lau, a member of DELVACCA’s board of directors who volunteered to chair this new committee.
