The latest filings in Northwest 15th Street Associates’ bankruptcy offer some more detail on Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel’s role in representing parties involved in a deal to build a new home for family court in Philadelphia.

Northwest, the entity created by developer Donald W. Pulver to develop the proposed site for the courthouse at 15th and Arch streets, lists Obermayer Rebmann as one of its unsecured creditors and lists as unknown, disputed and unliquidated, the amount Northwest owes the firm for what it described as “legal fees” incurred in 2010.
