When attorneys at Sprague & Sprague filed a writ of summons in March on behalf of a Florida-based client with a malpractice claim against Wolf Block, the list of defendants was like a who’s who of former Wolf Block lawyers who have moved on to other firms, retired or died since the client hired the firm more than 25 years ago.
The complaint in Potamkin v. Wolf Block Schorr & Solis-Cohen , filed last week, provided some more detail on just what the nature of the action was and what defunct Wolf Block has been doing to try to mitigate any potential damages.
