In the New York office, Guy Bell, a member of the firm’s global insurance group, focuses his practice on subrogation and recovery. Prior to joining the firm, Bell was an associate at the law offices of Michael E. Pressman. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2001. William Davis, a member of the firm’s business law department, focuses his practice on real restate matters involving commercial real estate, complex finance and commercial leasing with a particular emphasis on multiproperty sale leaseback and credit tenant financing. Previously, Davis was an associate at Wolf Block. He received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School. Asaf Hahami, a member of the firm’s business law department, focuses his practice on advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, securities law matters, technology licensing and related agreements. Hahami received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1998.
