The Unemployment Compensation Board of Review moved to strike an amended petition for review. At issue was whether a timely filed petition for review may be amended where both the motion to amend and the amendment were filed after the time for filing a petition for review had expired. The court struck the amended petition for review and proceeded to the merits on the original petition.
