The Commonwealth Court has barred the release of e-mails sent to and from the director of Lackawanna County’s Office of Domestic Relations in a ruling that narrows the scope of records obtainable under Pennsylvania’s still-evolving Right to Know Law.
Terry Mutchler, executive director of the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records, called it “one of the most significant” rulings to come down from the court regarding a decision by her office.
