Cynthia Fischer , a partner with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, has been named co-chair of the nonprofit organizations practice group, joining Morgen Cheshire, the other co-chair.

The group counsels nonprofit organizations of every size and provides counsel and advice on a variety of operational, transactional and legal issues affecting nonprofit organizations as they interact with their constituencies and the public at large.
