Ronald A. Kovler is just settling into his new position as president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, but he already has a specific tort reform target in his crosshairs.
According to Kovler, one of the PTLA’s main objectives this year will be “taking whatever actions are legally necessary to ensure that joint and several liability remains the law.”
