In re D.Y., PICS Case No. 10-3103 (Pa. Super. Sept. 9, 2010) Lazarus, J.; Allen, J., dissenting (11 pages).

D.Y. appealed from an order adjudicating him delinquent for, inter alia, burglary. The Superior Court held that where fingerprint testimony was the only evidence linking D.Y. with the crime and where the “ten print card” was not admitted as evidence and no witness testified that the prints on the card belonged to D.Y., the adjudication could not stand. Reversed.
