Unless a settlement is reached over the next two months, the Philadelphia Parking Authority and private developer Northwest 15th Street Associates are likely to go to trial the week after Thanksgiving over who owns the air and surface rights to the site of the proposed new Philadelphia family courthouse.
In another development, the contractor hired by the First Judicial District to review the Family Court deal said he would not be releasing his report this week because of a delay in obtaining all the documents necessary to the review.
