The past month has seen more lateral movement by corporate transactional attorneys among Pennsylvania firms than perhaps the rest of 2010 combined.
For instance, Philadelphia-based Duane Morris and Pittsburgh-based Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott have both picked up partners with transactional practices in recent weeks and now King of Prussia, Pa.-based Sorin Royer Cooper has added partner Jeffrey S. Marcus to its New York City office as chair of its new life sciences practice.
