I will probably be pleading guilty to driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident. I will serve two days in jail and the rest of the sentence on probation. Do I have to report this?
Yes, you have to report the conviction of a crime where the maximum sentence is more than one year to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. This is defined in Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement 214(j).
