ATLANTA – A civil rights attorney is challenging a decision made by U.S. District Senior Judge Jack T. Camp last summer because at the time, according to the FBI, the judge was using illegal drugs.
Attorney Gerald R. Weber has asked the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse Camp’s order denying Weber’s clients about $200,000 in legal fees and expenses.
