While most Bucks County lawyers appear to agree that the planned 285,000-square-foot justice center in the borough of Doylestown, Pa., will provide much needed additional courtroom space, not everyone is happy about what the building’s size will mean for its neighbors.
On Friday, Third Federal Bank filed preliminary objections in Bucks County court challenging the county’s plans to condemn the bank’s 9,101-square-foot parking lot on Shewell Avenue in Doylestown in order to make room for the justice center.
