WASHINGTON – Reed Smith has added Brad Newberg to its intellectual property practice in Falls Church, Va. Newberg, who started work at the firm today as a partner, was previously a senior counsel in Holland & Knight’s Northern Virginia office.
Newberg advises copyright and trademark owners on a range of intellectual property issues. His practice focuses on copyright, trademark, trade secret, dilution, unfair competition and other intellectual property matters. He also advises clients on the risks of social media outlets like Twitter and Facebook and how to avoid problems when using them.
