David L. Pollack , a partner and bankruptcy attorney with Ballard Spahr, has become chair of the program committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers 2011 U.S. Law Conference.
The program committee chair is responsible for overseeing the agenda for the four-day conference, which will include more than 70 programs, 100 breakfast roundtables, and 150 speakers and is attended by legal professionals in the real estate industry nationwide.
