U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker, noted for striking down California’s voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage, will teach at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law following his retirement at year’s end.
Walker, the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, is scheduled to co-teach a course at Berkeley next semester on strategic decision-making in aggregate and complex litigation.
