Kenya Mann Faulkner , a litigation partner at Ballard Spahr , will receive a 2010 Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys Director’s Award for her role in convicting a New Jersey millionaire who routinely traveled to Eastern Europe to sexually abuse young boys.
Faulkner was an assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal division of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania when she and Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael L. Levy brought the case against Anthony Mark Bianchi, who is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence.
