PHILADELPHIA – Duquesne University and its law school dean have quietly resolved a discrimination claim against them and other professors by a former head of the law school’s clinical programs.

The suit by Alice L. Stewart, which initially included allegations of sexual harassment, gained a lot of media attention and public exchanges between the parties. But it was closed without much fanfare after a U.S. district judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued an order Monday saying the parties reached a resolution.
