Two Harvard Law School students have entered the legal fracas surrounding the Transportation Security Administration’s new airline passenger screening methods.
2Ls Jeffrey Redfern and Anant Pradhan filed a pro se lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Monday claiming that the TSA’s use of full-body scans and enhanced part-downs violates the Fourth Amendment.
