Earlier this week, San Francisco Superior Court Judge Bruce Chan unsealed the arrest affidavit in the case of ex-MoFo partner Jonathan Dickstein and his wife, Barclay Lynn.

According to the S.F. DA’s office, they allegedly set up a sham company, Puzzle Pieces, to provide services to their autistic son, then scammed $400,000 from overbilling S.F. Unified School District and insurance companies.
