Gov.-elect Tom Corbett announced several nominations last week for executive branch positions and the state police commissioner.
The nominations include Frank Noonan, 64, of Lackawanna County, for State Police commissioner; John Wetzel, 41, of Franklin County, for secretary of corrections; Kelly Powell Logan, 47, of Cumberland County, for secretary of administration; and Glenn Moyer, 59, of Berks County, for secretary of banking.
