Fletman , who co-chair the government relations practice at the firm, are scheduled to present a seminar titled “Get Ready, Get Set, Run!” that is designed to educate political candidates and their staff members about the basics of election law.
The seminar was developed as a practical, non-partisan guide to avoiding legal pitfalls for candidates considering a political run in Pennsylvania or Philadelphia. Among the topics to be covered are how to qualify for the ballot; city and state disclosure requirements; and campaign finance limits.
