What is an attorney’s obligation after witnessing another attorney act criminally?
Citizens are under no obligation to report criminal activity they may observe. Obviously, one would hope that someone would report criminal activity or do something to stop such an activity, but there is no obligation for someone to necessarily come forward and state what they saw.
