A Philadelphia patent prosecution firm and a suburban-based trademark attorney have joined together to form a new intellectual property boutique.

Andrew B. Katz left his position as one of the principals of Philadelphia-based general practice firm Chernow Katz to merge his practice with the Belles Group, a patent prosecution firm led by his old friend Brian L. Belles.
