Salvatore M. DeBunda ,co-managing partner of the Philadelphia office of Archer & Greiner , has been elected to a three-year term as president of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association .
DeBunda has been a racehorse owner and breeder for more than 20 years, and has been a member of the board of directors and first vice president of the 4,000-member PTHA for the last 15 years.
