A federal jury in Scranton is scheduled to continue deliberations today in former Luzerne County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr.’s federal corruption trial.

The 12 men and women chose to head home shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday. They had reported to the courthouse at 8:30 a.m. to begin deliberations in earnest.
