A party to an installment land-sale contract had no right to be granted intervenor status in a mortgage foreclosure complaint filed on the property in which she was involved because that person had sought remedies in other forums, the Superior Court has ruled.

A unanimous three-judge panel ruled in Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. v. Malehorn , Coann Elaine Miller’s claim would not be “irreparably lost” without intervenor status being granted.
