Michael J. Kowalski, a shareholder with Scartelli Distasio & Kowalski, has been elected an officer of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (NEPaTLA).
Kowalski has served on the NEPaTLA board of directors since 1998. Kowalski has also been appointed to the board of directors of the 2011 MDA Diamond Black & Blue Ball, a fundraiser benefiting the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He will also serve on the Black & Blue Ball committee.
