Pepper Hamilton’s gross revenue was down about 5.8 percent in 2010, but the firm’s executive partner said the firm was still ahead of its budget.

“We anticipated that our gross revenue would be down and we budgeted accordingly,” said executive partner Robert E. Heideck. “We had some significant matters resolve and we budgeted that there would be some dip.”
