Debra S. Rosen , a partner with Archer & Greiner in Haddonfield, N.J.,has been named vice president of legal counsel for the Burlington County Council of the Boy Scouts of America and will serve on the council’s executive committee and executive board of directors.
Rosen will advise the Burlington County Council leadership on all legal matters that may arise.
