A bitter, five-year legal feud between prominent Miami mass torts lawyer James Ferraro and his former partner’s widow has ended with a multimillion-dollar settlement.

The confidential settlement closes Ferraro’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case before U.S. bankruptcy Judge Robert Mark in Miami, ends litigation in two states and allows Ferraro to continue to operate his Cleveland law firm, Kelley & Ferraro.
