The Commonwealth Court has ruled that information identifying an interpretation service’s contracted interepreters is not public record.

A three-judge panel unanimously affirmed the ruling of the state Office of Open Records, which found that the state Department of General Services was not required to turn over certain records related to its contract with Language Services Associates, including a number of independent contractor agreements between LSA and interpreters.
