Francis Pileggi, a well-known Delaware litigator, has joined Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, where he will run its Wilmington office. Pileggi joins the firm from Fox Rothschild, where he had been for 10 years and served as a partner.
In his new position, Pileggi will help to expand the firm’s presence in Delaware, which is currently composed of six lawyers.
