A lawsuit accusing American University athletics officials of mistreating a wrestler recruited to rebuild the school’s program has been moved from Philadelphia to Washington federal court.
A Philadelphia federal court judge ordered the suit to be transferred at the end of March; it was entered on the docket for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Thursday.
