The state Supreme Court is set to consider whether private companies doing public good must make their records available under the state’s Right-to-Know law.

The justices granted allocatur in SWB Yankees v. Wintermantel to determine whether a private third-party government contractor that operates a sports and entertainment venture can be required to provide contract information under the law, because it performs a “governmental function” and whether concessionaire contract bids are public records.
