Thorp Reed & Armstrong has grown its Philadelphia office to 20 lawyers with the addition of two partners from Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel.

David A. Nasatir and Jonathan W. Hugg started at Thorp Reed last week as partners in the financial and real estate transactions department and the litigation department, respectively. At Obermayer Rebmann, Nasatir was the vice chairman of the firm’s business and finance department.
