Delaware Gov. Jack Markell is considering two women and one man to be his nominee for the soon-to-be-open seat on the Chancery Court.

The Delaware Business Court Insider, an affiliate of The Legal , reported earlier this week that Samuel Glasscock, Mary Johnston and Karen Valihura were the three lawyers submitted by the Judicial Nominating Commission to Markell, according to sources familiar with the selection process.
