Delaware Gov. Jack Markell yesterday announced the nomination of Samuel Glasscock, a master in chancery, to become the Chancery Court’s newest vice chancellor.
At the same time, Markell chose Vice Chancellor Leo Strine to become chancellor of the court when its current leader, William Chandler, steps down.
