Eric J. Van has joined Flaster Greenberg ‘s Philadelphia office as a member of the bankruptcy, financial restructuring and risk management department.
Van focuses his practice on all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including advising and assisting debtors in the initiation of cases, creating and implementing plans and lockup agreements, seeking approval of asset sales, debtor financing and assumption of contracts and representing creditors on claim, stay relief and case management matters.
