Almost a year after defunct Wolf Block initiated arbitration against 49 of its former partners to claw back pay for the two months prior to its dissolution, the three-member arbitration panel has been agreed upon. And in the meantime, sister arbitration claims have been filed by four of the 48 remaining respondents against the firm and its former leadership.

The American Arbitration Association panelists that will hear Wolf Block’s claims for nearly $1.6 million in payouts to the 49 attorneys are Joshua W. Martin III of Potter Anderson & Corroon in Wilmington, Del.; Robert C. Pfeilsticker Jr., a solo practitioner from Bucks County, Pa.; and Bernard Beitch of Bernard D. Beitch & Associates in Philadelphia. A preliminary teleconference hearing is scheduled for July 28.
