There were more defense jury verdicts than plaintiff jury verdicts in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court in the first quarter of 2011, according to the court’s civil trial division statistics.
There were 43 plaintiff jury verdicts and 56 defense verdicts from Jan. 1 to March 31.
