David A. Fitzsimons, a partner at Martson Law Offices in Carlisle, Pa., was recently appointed vice chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s legal ethics and professional responsibility committee and to membership in the PBA’s alternative dispute resolution committee. Both appointments are for a one-year term, effective through May 2012.
In his role as vice chair of the legal ethics committee, Fitzsimons will manage and facilitate communications with lawyers with regard to the impact of the provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
